Greenhouse covers made of reinforced film South Korea 8 years UV 5% 400μm w3m*h2m*d3m, Poltava region.

Thanks to innovative developments and consideration of the most important details, AGRO-SET offers you a wide range of AGRO and AGRO PREMIUM reinforced film and covers for greenhouses.

What is the advantage of reinforced AGRO and AGRO PREMIUM film?

1. The reinforced film is made of high-strength polyethylene. In its structure, it has a mesh frame, which takes on the mechanical load during the use of the film. It has increased durability compared to ordinary polyethylene film. The reinforced film is used in agriculture, temporary fences, household needs. It can be used for organizingcanopies, awnings, closing window openings and sheltering construction materials and equipment for long periods, etc.
2. Reinforced films in which a synthetic mesh is fused into polyethylene. Of course, it is much stronger than the usual one: it can be stretched over a large greenhouse and is not afraid of wind or hail. It has increased mechanical strength and tensile strength. Consumers highly appreciate AGRO and AGROPREMIUM reinforced film as a covering material for greenhouses, due to its distinctive feature, which is that if during its operation, if any damage occurs on the film (various punctures or cuts), the reinforcing mesh will prevent further damage to the canvas.
3. Undoubtedly valuable is the introduction of stabilizers into the composition of the material, which protect polyethylene from the destructive action of sunlight. Although they are noticeably more expensive than ordinary ones, they last many times longer (8 years or more).
4. A more complicated, but also very useful component of our films -luminophoric additive. It transforms part of the sun's rays from the ultraviolet spectrum into red and infrared radiation that is more useful for plants. As a result, the processes of photosynthesis in plants are more active, and the yield increases noticeably. Such films are called light-converting films. We only have such a supplement, it is not cheap, but we only offer the best quality.
Our company can tell you with confidence that we bought AGRO and AGRO PREMIUM reinforced film, you will forget about problems with greenhouses for a long time, and instead you will be satisfied with a good harvest!

Advantages of reinforced film:

1. Cover made of reinforced film, in which polypropylene mesh is welded into polyethylene. Of course, it is much stronger than the usual one: it can be stretched over a large greenhouse and is not afraid of wind or hail. In the event of a puncture, the film is easily repaired, because the reinforcing layer prevents the gap.

2. Undoubtedly valuable is the introduction of stabilizers into the composition of the material, which protect polyethylene from the destructive action of sunlight. Although they are noticeably more expensive than the usual ones, they last many times longer (up to 10 years) thanks to the two-sided UV-5% light stabilization.

3. A more complicated, but also very useful component of our films is a phosphor additive. It transforms part of the sun's rays from the ultraviolet spectrum into red and infrared radiation that is more useful for plants. As a result, the processes of photosynthesis in plants are more active, and the yield increases noticeably. Such films are called light-converting films. Such an additive is available only in our reinforcedfilm for greenhouses. This supplement is not cheap, but we are only for the best quality. We can tell you with confidence that if you bought our reinforced film, you will forget about problems with greenhouses for a long time, and instead you will be satisfied with a good harvest.

4. Excellent waterproofing and vapor insulation characteristics.

5. Mechanical strength and resistance to stretching.

6. Withstands large temperature changes from -40°C to +90°C.

7. Convenient transportation. There is no need to worry that the roll will not fit in the car, on the roof, in the bus, etc. The cover is very compact and compact, which allows the buyer to easily transport it, and it can also be easily carried in the hands.

8. All layers of the greenhouse reinforced film are made of primary high-pressure polyethylene with a UV stabilizer, therefore, with multiple heating-cooling cycles, the linear coefficient of expansion of all layers of the reinforced film is the same, which allows maintaining the integrity of the film (unlike many other materials that are used as a covering material).

9. The reinforced film allows creating a comfortable microclimate for plants.

10. Due to the size of the cells 10x10mm - excellent light transmittance of 93%, which means that your plants will not suffer from a lack of sunlight.
