Our production company has more than 15 years of experience in the manufacture and operation of dryingfood industry equipment.
Using the knowledge accumulated in the process of operating different types of drying chambers, we designed and put into series production a line of drying cabinets of the ST series for both small-scale and industrial use.
The reliable and technological design of drying chambers ensures high energy efficiency and productivity of the production drying process.
The collapsible construction makes it possible to mount the equipment in rooms with standard doorways. If necessary, drying chambers can be quickly dismantled and assembled on another territory.

Our drying chambers are used for drying :
• Vegetables (onions, carrots, tomatoes, beets, pumpkin, etc.);
• Fruits (cherries, strawberries, apples, apricots, grapes, etc.);

The drying cabinet is made of thermally insulated sandwich panels sheathed with stainless food steel to eliminate any heat loss and dissipation.
The design of the dryer ensures uniform air circulation, temperature and humidity in order to obtain excellent drying of the product.
The dryer is equipped with a blowing system with reversible flows, electric fans, fans for the release of moist air and the supply of dry air.
The drying process is automatically monitored by humidity and temperature sensors.
The dryer is equipped with a microprocessor that allows you to program 10 different programs for drying a certain type of product.
Cabinets are equipped with trays made of stainless food mesh. Also, for drying some types of products (for example, fruit or vegetable pastilles), trays are made of stainless steel sheets. Trays for drying pasta are made of dried wood with a stretched polyamide mesh. Carts made of stainless food grade steel.
Cabinets can be used both in closed heated rooms and in cold rooms and under acanopy. In the last two cases, the heat consumption increases non-critically to compensate for the temperature difference of the supply and exhaust air.
Optionally, drying chambers are equipped with a heat recovery system. This allows you to save up to 40% of thermal energy in the drying process.
Also, our drying chambers are equipped with a solid-fuel heating system, which allows us to reduce the cost of energy resources by 2-3 times compared to electricity.(//tractor-service.com)
