(//tractor-service.com )
Medium-ripening variety (vegetation period 309-319 days).
The frost-winter resistance is higher than that of the heart (7.5 points), the drought-heat resistance is high (8.5 - 9 points).
Resistance to major diseases in field conditions at the level of 9 points.
The potential yield of Yaroslav winter triticale grain is 7.5 - 11 t/ha. This can be achieved due to the increased density of productive stems (381-491 pieces per square meter) and well-seeded ears (39-53 pieces). In addition, Yaroslava provides a high harvest of green mass - up to 55 t/ha in dry years and up to 95 t/ha ha in abnormally wet years.
GRAIN QUALITY:
Yaroslav's winter triticale variety has high baking and fodder qualities.
Protein content in grain - 10.2-13.7% in green mass 7.6-8.1%. Technological and baking qualities are above average. Gluten content in flour - 18-24%, VDC indicator - 80-95 units, flour strength - 140-205 o.a., dough elasticity - 60-80 mm, stretchability - 90-115 mm, volume of bread without improvers is from 100 g of flour - 350-400 ml, general baker's estimate - 8.5-9 points. According to Yaroslav's appointment, it is a universal variety, for fodder (grain fodder, green mass, hay, hay, grazing) and food purposes (bread, bakery and other products).
