Frontal irrigation system Variant Irrigation (OOO "Variant Agro Stroy"), Kharkiv region.

Frontal sprinkler machine is a solution with maximum irrigation efficiency (up to 98%) while reducing operating costs.

The principle of operation of frontal irrigation systems:
The central tower of the frontal system is equipped with a diesel pump generator (in some cases, it is possible to power the installation from the power grid), which allows linear movement of the installation along the field. Water intake occurs through a channel along the field or a pipeline with hydrants every 100-150 m.
Water flows through the central highway to the nozzles under a pressure of 2-4 atmospheres and irrigates the site.

Advantages of the frontal system:
- Maximum irrigation efficiency — field coverage reaches 92-98%.
- High autonomy and minimal labor costs during operation (in installations with connection from an open channel);
- Individual installation selection, depending on the required irrigation area (one- and two-wing machines); 160
- Возможность выбрать наиболее подходящий источник водоснабжения: из открытого канала или закрытой сети.
- Ability to irrigate the field even with low water pressure, saving energy resources;
- Irrigation speed adjustment, to select the optimal amount of water orfertilized for culture.
- The possibility of irrigation of several fields with one installation (stretching installations).

Fields on which frontal systems are used:
Frontalraining machines are intended for watering rectangular and long fields.(//tractor-service.com)

Advantages of sprinkler systems of TM "Variant Irrigation":
1. Individual modifications of installations (the most appropriate installation is selected for the size of your field, climatic and soil characteristics, etc.)
2. Autonomous work, high technology. It makes it possible to monitor the efficiency, control and regulate the irrigation process, working in different modes, including at low pressure and water pressure, which significantly saves energy resources.
3. Strength and reliability of metal structures (its own certified laboratory verifies all required parameters of metal strength - thickness of pipes, strings for breaking, etc.)
4. Durability of metal structures is ensured as a result of the process of hot-dip galvanizing of the necessary metal components of the installation, that is 80 μm.
5. Reliable components of world brands (Senninger, Nelson, Komet, Dalgakiran, Schneider electric, etc.).
6. Use of sprinklers with low instantaneous rain intensity for maximum effective irrigation.
