Technical characteristics
The RUBIN tool contains 2 rows of serrated hemispherical discs with a diameter of 620 mm, which crush, grind and intensively mix plant residues with the soil, even in conditions of a hardened surface. All discs maintain a uniform, precisely defined depth. Two rows of discs are staggered in relation to each other at a distance of 12.5 cm, as a result of which continuous soil treatment is achieved over the entire surface. The scrapers located behind the discs ensure an even distribution of the processed layer. Thanks to the high frame structure (80 cm), clogging with organic mass is excluded. The accuracy of observing the working depth is achieved due to the self-recessing rear roller, as a result of which there is no need to use supporting wheels.
RUBIN is a universal unit that in one pass of the tractor performs all the functions necessary for soil cultivation and pre-sowing preparation on stubble or an unplowed field.
