Contract: directly with the manufacturer;
Terms of payment: 25% advance payment and 75% paid on CAD terms (payment against originals delivered to the buyer's bank or against digital copies of export documents of the customer's choice). All payments are sent only to the manufacturer's account;
Prices: provided upon detailed request specifying the required caliber of peanuts, variety, order tonnage, packaging and quality requirements.
Basis of delivery: FOB, CFR and CIF according to Incoterms 2010.
