The principle of operation of the straw briquetting line:
The straw bale is divided into parts after removing the ropes or netting on the bale and thrown into astraw chopper, with a capacity of 11 kW.Crushed straw goes through the pneumatic hose into the storage chamber, where air and material are separated. The air exits through the separation bags located at the top of the press hopper, and the crushed straw is fed into the screw chamber for pressing. Further, under the action of the auger and the temperature, we get a finished briquette, which immediately enters the cooling line. Next, the cooled briquette is fed to the packaging line.
In the process of work, it is possible to adjust the density of the briquette and the productivity, which depends on the type of raw material, its humidity, and the hardness of the produced briquette.
