Packaging stationery tape 40 mm x 200 m with water activation (Water Activated Tape) is an ideal environmentally friendly method of gluing boxes. Made from a natural carrier of kraft paper and starch glue, it is 100% environmentally friendly, 100% biodegradable and 100% recyclable without separation from the cardboard.

This is the most effective way to reliably seal a cardboard box, providing the highest level of permanent adhesion, high tear strength and protection against unauthorized access. This gives the tape an additional environmental advantage - damaged goods will either be returned for repair or replacement (increased carbon footprint), or thrown away (additional costs for processing or adding a landfill).

It has also been proven to be more cost-effective than pressure-sensitive plastic tape in the order fulfillment sector, as less tape is required for satisfactory sealing. Dispensing a preset or programmable length is also faster than when using a manual dispenser. The tape is available in natural kraft paper, as well as with reinforced fiberglass threads for increased tear resistance.
