Milk pasteurizer UZM-1.0 is a flow pasteurizer with a capacity of 1 ton per hour.
Designed for pasteurization of milk at a temperature of 20-25 degrees in order to prepare it for further processing into cheese, separation, ordrinking calves.
The main advantages of this model are speed and low power consumption. We pour milk into the container, and after 3-4 minutes of heating, the pasteurized milk is sent through a hose to the separator, to the cheese-making bath, milk taxi or flasks in case of calf drinking. The temperature of pasteurized milk is about 16 degrees higher than the temperature of raw milk at the entrance to the pasteurizer. It takes about 60 minutes of time and 20 kW of electricity to pasteurize 1 ton. Thanks to heat recovery, energy consumption is so low, and no water or additional time is needed to cool pasteurized milk.
