Constructive features of the KRN section of the new sample:

1. Bearing 180503 (62203) is installed in the bearing unit. The bearing is closed with rubber caps (plastic seals) and is reliably protected from dust and moisture due to the tightness of the plugs;

2. Grease nipples (lubricators) are installed in the bearing housings;

3. Bearing housings are protected by metal anthers;

4. The bearing housing of the supportingwheel is protected by oil seals and metal anthers;

5. Hinged parts (prisms, overlays, tensioning screws, brackets, holder rods) covered with anti-corrosion enamel;

6. Chrome brackets, anthers, springs and hardware are installed on the section;

7. The product is painted with high-quality powder paint;

8. Discs of the support wheel of the section are covered with hammer paint by baking. Such a coating not only protects against corrosion, but is also particularly resistant to mechanical damage.

Characteristics of KRN Cultivator:
- frame, beam 140x140 mm, 6 mm thick;
- Transport device: front bracket (thickness 12 mm), which is attached to the trailer mechanism with 6 M20 bolts of increased strength class 8.8. Modernized towing device.
Reinforced supports of support wheels (profile 80x60 mm, wall 6 mm). These same racks together withwheels are rearranged into working position. In the working position, they are attached to the original brackets. The cross member of the transport device is also reinforced (profile 80x80 mm, wall 6 mm). Support wheel racks in both the transport and working positions are fixed with threaded locking fingers. Cultivator wheels increased to 6.00x12 (standard 5.00x10), with increased permissible load;
- The cultivator is equipped with colored reflective signaling (to increase safety when moving on public roads).
