Middle-ripe Austrian variety (100-120 days from germination)
pumpkins with creeping stems.
The plant is long-leaved. The fruit is round, smooth, with orange-green stripes, weighing from 4 to 8 kg. The pulp is firm, crispy, yellow-orange in color, neutral or sweetish taste.
Pumpkins have a dark green color, which is due to the high level of chlorophyll content.
Seeds really "naked", covered only by a thin translucent film, which is not felt in the mouth and is even useful - it contains fiber. They can be eaten immediately after drying.
Pumpkin seeds are a source of mineral substances, protein, especially zinc, healing
pumpkin oil, antioxidant substances of unsaturated (light) fatty acids. Useful for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, nervous system, prostate, and acne.
A seedless pumpkin should be grown at some distance from other varieties so that they do not cross-pollinate. Before sowing, the seeds should be warmed at a temperature of 45C, soaked and, after pricking, sown to a depth of 4-5 cm. The optimal temperature for plant growth and development is 22-25C.
Harvesting is done according to ripening (August, September).
