The granulator is a key element of the production line, which is necessary for converting biological waste into granules. The granulator is designed to produce small granules (with a diameter of no more than 14 mm), the basis of its design is a horizontally rotating ring matrix, and inside it there are two rotating rollers, their axes are fixed.

The productivity of the granulator varies depending on the granulated raw material and the selected matrix.

This model provides processing:

Woodworking production waste (shavings, sawdust, shavings, shavings);
Waste of agricultural crops (husksunflower, buckwheat, millet);
Chicken litter (allowable humidity 10%);
Stalks of reeds, hay and straw, alfalfa.
Also, this granulator can be used for the production of variouscompound feeds from cereal crops, for example, wheat and corn.
