Oleander is a non-fussy houseplant. Not prone to diseases, blooms profusely, almost all summer, very fragrant. He can winter in the basement, garage, on the balcony, if the temperature does not drop below -2 degrees.
The plants for sale are soft pink, terry rooted cuttings.
