The installation is a floor-mounted welded structure consisting of a frame on which a hot-cutting table, a control unit, a roll holder and a traverse with a pneumatic drive are placed.

The operator installs a roll of sleeve film on the roll holder, stretches the edge of the film to the opposite edge of the table in such a way that the film is above the hot cutting table. Next, he presses the pedal - the clamping traverse, by means of a pneumatic drive, lowers and presses the film to the table. Hot cutting (thermal cutting with simultaneous soldering) of the polymer film takes place according to the required pattern. After the hot cutting time set on the control unit has expired, the traverse is raised, and the operator takes the finished product away and removes the coating.

The time of hot cutting depends on the film.

The process is repeated.

Installations of cold cutting of the cloak body:

The operator pulls the cloak down on the cold cutting table and lowers the traverse. The electromagnet fixes the traverse in the position pressed against the table, fixing the cloak blank. Next, the operator cuts the front part and cuts the neck with a copier knife. He presses the button on the control unit, the traverse rises, the cloak is removed.

The process is repeated.

It is intended for trimming the edges of the cloak blank, manufacturing and welding the hood to the cloak.

Job description:

To cut the edges of the cloak blank, the operator places the edge between the pad and the clamping traverse, presses the pedal and, with the help of a mechanical knife on the traverse, makes a cut.

To weld the hood, the operator places the hood and the cloak blank between the pad and the clamping traverse with sealing tools, presses the pedal. The installation performs soldering in the mode set on the unit. After the sound signal, the operator releases the pedal.

and takes away the hooded cloak.
