Vegetable tractor seeder - designed for accurate row sowing of vegetable seeds on pre-treated and prepared soils.
It can be used for sowing such types of crops as: radishes, tomatoes, beets, peppers,eggplants, cucumbers, soybeans, peas, zucchini, cabbage.
Great for working with tractors with a capacity of 18 hp or more. with a standard three-point attachment.
It is equipped with coulters that can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally, which allows you to change the width of the row interval and the depth of planting seeds. Coulters are made of strong metal and covered with an anti-corrosion coating, which reliably protects them from the rapid appearance of corrosion.
Hoppers for seed material are made of UV-resistant transparent plastic, this makes it possible to constantly monitor the remaining seed material - to avoid unwanted cases when the seed material runs out at an inconvenient moment and sowing gaps are formed. Each hopper is equipped with a cover that prevents grain from spilling out during movement on an uneven surface and protects it from rain and dirt. The hopper also has a hole for convenient removal of seed residues after work is completed.
The seeding device of the hopper is equipped with two rolling bearings of the closed type, which positively affects the durability of the device and the accuracy of sowing seeds. In addition, the design of the sowing device is made in such a way that a special brush sweeps away excess seeds, thanks to which only the dosed amount of seeds enters the coulter, and the distance between plants is uniform. As a result, seed consumption is reduced and there are no gaps in the row when planting.
In the front part of the seeder, in front of the sowing coulters, an adjustable device for leveling the soil surface and a smoothingroller, which allows you to perfectly prepare the planting layer of the soil before introducing grains or seeds into it. A rolling roller is installed behind the coulters, which allows you to wrap the seeds and break the clods. By changing the transmission ratio of the chain transmission, you can adjust the seed sowing step in a row. With proper work organization, the seeder can sow up to 0.4 ha per hour. The row spacing is 40-120 mm. The landing step in a row depends on the installed dosing drum and the selected gear of the gearbox.
