Foaming agent for foam concrete of foam blocks of bulk piles Alpen - PB

For sale "Alpen-PB" foaming agent is used in the technology of preparing foam concrete in a classic way with the use of a foam generator and different organization of mixing foam concrete mass (including under pressure).
In comparison with other synthetic foaming agents available on the market, Alpen-PB foaming agent:
- differs in a high coefficient of foam utilization (at least 0.90 for foam with a density of 80 g/l);
- ensures the production of small and uniform air bubbles;(//tractor-service.com)
- allows to obtain a foam stable in the presence of calcium chloride, aluminum sulfate, potash and sodium silicate.
It is recommended for obtaining foam concrete with a density of 500 kg/m3.
It has high stability of the foam in the cement dough, which allows the finished foam concrete mass to be transported over considerable distances without destruction.
When using the "Alpen-PB" foaming agent, its standard consumption should be minimized in order to maximally reduce the negative influence on cement hydration.
