The installation consists of a frame, a tank, an activator, a spindle unit, a V-belt transmission,plum and an electric motor.
The tank consists of a bottom, a wall, ribs, a cone, a lid and a door. The tank is equipped with non-contact side door and lid sensors that block operation with the door and lid open. The tank is attached to the frame with four M16 bolts.
The spindle unit is attached to the bottom of the tank. The activator is located on the cone of the spindle assembly, inside the tank, and is fixed with a nut. From the back side of the spindle unit, after installing the tank on the frame,
the pulley of the V-belt transmission is fixed. On the bottom of the tank from belowa plum is attached.
On the frame there is a motor plate on which the electric motor is fixed. Tensioning of the V-belt transmission is carried out by moving the electric motor from the spindle assembly and is fixed in the required position with two nuts on the tensioning bolt.
