The harvester digs up one row of potatoes, separates the tubers from the soil, tops, and plant impurities, collects the tubers in a hopper, and then unloads them into the transport vehicle while the unit is running or when the unit is stopped. The design of the harvester makes it possible to use any type of transport to transport the produce of the harvester.
