Screw (Screw) loader for railway wagons "Hopper".
They are used for unloading bulk materials such as cement, sand, lime, ash, flour, grain and leguminous crops from hopper wagons. This method of unloading allows you to quickly unload hopper wagons without creating capital receiving systems, provided there is a flat, hard surface under the wagon. Unloading of loose materials is carried out in adump truck, cement truck, flour truck or grain truck directly, and if necessary, further transportation over long distances in conveyors.(//tractor-service.com)
The auger (screw) unloader consists of a pallet placed horizontally, in which two augers rotating in the same direction and one inclined auger, which takes the material fed by the horizontal augers, are installed. Each auger of the unloader is equipped with a motor-reducer with the ability to adjust productivity. The unloader frame haswheels, which makes the unloader more mobile.
