Anti-friction plastic ZX-100K has high operational and technological properties, chemical resistance in weak solutions of acids and alkalis, can be used in dry friction joints where lubrication supply is difficult. From ZED-100K, sliding bearings, liners, and bushings are produced. The bushings of the running mechanism of rotary excavators are made of Zedex ZX-100K, which proves the durability and survivability of our plastic in heavily loaded working conditions.

ZX-100K is made of running nuts of forklift trucks, engine camshaft bushings, and gears. It is relevant to use the ZX-100K when working in pairs with worn shafts, worm gears, etc. a polymer sleeve, running nut or gear can be made with tension to compensate for wear and surface roughness.

The basic type ZX-100 and its modifications can serve as a replacement for traditional anti-friction bushing materials: bronze, graphite, babbitt, fluoroplastic - especially when working in chemically aggressive or polluted environments, under the influence of corrosion, high humidity.
