This machine is intended for washing and rinsing multi-reversecontainers (plastic boxes), used in the food industry. The machine can process boxes of different sizes with a height difference of up to 420 mm without preliminary sorting.

In the upper case are installed: a washing system, a rinsing system and a conveyor for moving box containers along the tunnel. In the lower case: tank for washing solution, power cabinet.

The receiving tray, on which the boxes are placed upside down, is equipped with a screw conveyor. The conveyor is driven by a motor-reducer located outside the working area of ​​washing and rinsing. Control of the drive electric motor is frequency-regulated.

The washing module is equipped with a tank with heating, a pump, a system of washing nozzles and a system for filtering used water.

The rinsing module rinses the boxes with water. Equipped with a pumping station, a system of nozzles.

The conveyor delivers clean boxes to a special platform, from which they are removed for further drying (if necessary).

Principle of operation

In the washing module, boxes are intensively washed with a washing solution. The solution is sent to the boxes through nozzles with a high dynamic pressure. The nozzles are located in such a way that the washing solution falls on the inner and outer surfaces of the boxes. Crates are washed in the process of moving the crates through the tunnel. The solution after washing is returned tocapacity.
