It is worth noting the beneficial properties of natural candied melons, which consist in the content of trivalent iron, carotene and ascorbic acid in the fruits of the plant. The rare form of trivalent iron is characterized by very high absorption in the human body.(//tractor-service.com)

Melon, as well as candied fruit made from it, is rich in organic acids - citric, folic, malic and succinic, which are preserved in the final product even after heat treatment of raw materials. These types of acids have a positive effect on the human body: they contribute to the strengthening of the immune system and have a tonic effect on other systems.
