The DF19000 AlvanBlanch conveyor-type double-flow grain dryer is manufactured in Great Britain and has no analogues in the Ukrainian market in terms of its versatility and power with modest dimensions. It can be placed on a mobile platform and transported directly to the place of drying, essentially in the field. With dimensions of 11 m (length) x 3.8 m (width) x 5.2 m (height), it has a productivity of as much as 23 tons/hour with dry wheat from 20% to 15%.

It can, among other things, dry such rare crops as: barley, oats, rice, rapeseed, flax, beans, sorghum andeven grass seeds, cucumber grass and cocoa beans.

Works on gas ordiesel fuel. Installation of biomass burners is also possible.

The concept of drying through a moving layer of grain with its full turnover is used. This gives much more functionality compared to other dryers, especially due to the lack of mixing of crops with different characteristics (different cultures) one after the other and controlled by electronic equipment.
