The transmission of the tractor has a single-disc clutch of the "dry" type and a synchronized nine-speed mechanical transmission equipped with a reduction gear capable of doubling the number of gears. The box has 18 forward and 4 reverse gears. The maximum speed of the tractor is 34 km/h.

MTZ 1025 four-wheel drive tractors are equipped with a four-range mechanical synchronized gearbox that creates 16 forward and 8 reverse gears. Thanks to this, you can clearly select the desired mode in the range of speeds from 2.3 to 36.6 km/h forward and 4.1 to 17.2 km/h reverse. Clutch control is mechanical.

Hydraulic attachment of MTZ 1025 tractors is characterized by versatility and the ability to fix attached units during transportation. The nominal frequency of rotation of the crankshaft of all new tractors of the 6M series is 2100 rpm. The engines of all 6M series tractors have a 35 percent torque reserve.

Several transmission options have been developed for 6M series tractors. The most popular in Ukraine are two options - PowrQuad PLUS and AutoQuad PLUS. Each transmission uses the PermaClutch 2 wet multi-disc clutch system for smoother shifting when working in the field or as a loader.

PowrQuad PLUS transmission partially supports PowerShift technology. In addition, it has a decoupling function to change the range without using the clutch pedal. Ranges can be switched by pressing the release button on the gearbox control lever.

The AutoQuad PLUS transmission has a function that complements the PowrQuad PLUS, that is, the automatic switching of four gears takes place depending on the frequency of rotation of the crankshaft of the engine and the corresponding load.

The working equipment of 6M series tractors is PFC hydraulic system (option for 6110M and 6125M) with closed center and GDP. The pump of the hydraulic system has a capacity of 114 l/min. The maximum load capacity of the rear hitch is 5300 kg for the 6110M, 6125M models; 8100 kg - for the 6155M model and 8500 kg - for the 6175M and 6195M.

John Deere tractors 6M series are equipped with a 3-speed PTO - 540/540E/1000, which is switched mechanically. Installing the 540E GDP allows you to reach a speed of 540 rpm, while maintaining an efficient engine operating mode, which is optimally suited for tasks that do not require maximum engine power (for example, working with a mower).

Farmers prefer to John Deere tractors because the stereotype works: John Deere tractors are something like the Mercedes of the automotive industry. But this is true, because in the segment of low-power tractors, John Deere tractors of the 6M series perfectly combine quality and reliability, as well as the ability to work without fail and efficiently for a long period of operation.

Farmall JX 110 tractors are equipped with basic TTF S8000 4-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engines that meet Tier III environmental standards. The engine has a working volume of 3.9 liters, and at a crankshaft frequency of 2100 rpm, it develops a nominal power of 110 hp. The maximum engine torque is 430 N*m, and it is achieved at an engine speed of 1400 rpm.

OnCase tractors Farmall JX 110 can optionally be installed with any transmission from the offered assortment, depending on the type of work. Mechanically synchronized, three-range Synchro Shuttle™ servo-driven, lever-shift transmission provides easy forward/reverse maneuvering. The presence of 12 steps (3 ranges of 4 gears) and a reversing mechanism allows you to engage 12 synchronized forward gears and 12 reverse gears at speeds from 1.8 to 30.0 km/h. The Power Shuttle function allows forward/backward maneuvering.

As an option, the Farmall JX 110 can be equipped with a Powershuttle 12x12 hydraulic transmission, which provides the same speed mode as a manual transmission. The optional hydraulic servo transmission is especially effective when performing forward/reverse movements (for example, when working with a front loader).

The tractor can be additionally equipped with a gear reducer, which adds 8 forward gears, allowing you to move at a speed of 0 ,25 km/h at nominal engine speed. An additional shift lever mounted in the steering column allows you to change the direction of movement without a clutch.

For inter-row crop cultivation, the possibility of stepwise adjustment of the track width of the front (1510 - 1671 mm) and rear (1520 - 2028 mm) wheels is provided. In order to improve the adhesion of the wheels to the soil surface, ballasting of the tractor is provided.

The three-point hitch allows you to easily lift and control attachments weighing up to 3565 kg. The productivity of the hydraulic pump is 51 l/min. To drive the working equipment, the tractor is equipped with an independent two-mode GDP with a frequency of 540 and 1000 rpm.

The versatility of the T5.110 SPS tractor is facilitated by the Semi Power Shift 16x16 servo-driven forward/reverse transmission (16 forward and reverse gears each). The maximum driving speed is 40 km/h.

Semi Power Shift transmission with a servo drive for switching the direction of movement provides a smooth change of direction with the possibility of adjusting the sensitivity. In the event that too slow tractor travel is required, the T5.110 SPS can optionally be equipped with a speed reducer, which provides a minimum travel speed of 0.3 km/h.

The width of the track of the front wheels can vary from 1530 to 2032 mm, and the rear - from 1678 to 2090 mm. The increased ground clearance of up to 518 mm allows you to work in the fields without damage during the processing of high-stemmed crops, and the extended wheelbase of up to 2519 mm improves traction with the soil and stability of movement.

The hydraulic system of the T5.110 SPS tractor has three pairs of hydraulic outlets. and a constant flow pump with a capacity of 65 l/min (optional – 80 l/min). For the convenience of controlling the hinge and GDP, the control buttons are located on the fenders of the rear wheels. The maximum load capacity of the rear attachment mechanism is 5400 kg on hooks.

New Holland tractors T5.110 SPS can be equipped with a three-speed GDP - 540/540E/1000 rpm, which is activated using electrohydraulics. NEXOS tractors are equipped with two engine variants. FPT engines with a volume of 4.5 liters, which develop a power of 101 hp. installed on NEXOS 240 tractors. Engines with a working volume of 3.2 liters are installed on three other models. Both engines meet Tier 3 toxicity standards.

With a front 3-point linkage, front PTO and additional hydraulic outlets, NEXOS tractors can work with not only rear-mounted equipment, but also front-mounted equipment or a combination of both. Taking into account the nature and conditions of use, the company offers for each model its standard size of wheels with a width of 150 - 480 mm, which fully transmits the power of the engine to the soil.

In the standard configurationCLAS tractors NEXOS are equipped with a mechanical gearbox, which has 12 forward and 12 reverse gears, which allows you to move at a speed of 1.25 - 40 km/h. For technological operations that require a speed of less than 1.25 km/h, it is possible to order tractors with a speed reducer (the number of gears is doubled to 24/24), which allows you to move at a speed of 0.45 km/h.

As an option, you can also order a hydromechanical transmission with a two-stage TWINSHIFT system with gear shifting under load. Such a gearbox can have both a mechanical system for changing the direction of movement, and a hydraulic one with an electro-hydraulic reversing module. The latter is called REVERSHIFT, and allows you to work on 24 forward and 24 reverse gears without a clutch pedal.

The hydraulic system of the NEXOS tractor in the basic configuration has a capacity of 85 l/min and is equipped with two pumps. Up to 4 sections of the hydraulic distributor can be installed. One of the pumps, which provides a flow of 59 l/min, is used exclusively on the hydraulic distributor section and the 3-point hitch. For greater needs, the tractor can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic circuit with three pumps and have a total output of 111 l/min. With a maximum load capacity of 3.1t at the rear linkage points, the NEXOS can handle all attachments.

The rear PTO has a frequency of 540/1000 as well as 540/540 ESO. The maximum GDP speed is achieved when the engine is operating at a crankshaft speed of 1950 rpm. The ECO mode allows you to use the maximum torque and significantly reduce fuel consumption, because the engine speed in this mode is only 1650 rpm.

The advantage of NEXOS tractors is the possibility of use in gardens, vineyards, greenhouses, fruit and berry farms and vegetable farms. The engines on these tractors have a high torque that allows full power to be used at any time.

In conclusion

Low power tractors, previously classified as universal row tractors, do well with various agrotechnical operations. Tractors are able to perform all work in difficult Ukrainian off-road conditions, and for this they have the appropriate equipment, including four-wheel drive and interaxle locks. In the construction and utility industry, low-power tractors will be needed for unloading, loading and moving cargo, for work as a tow truck or snowplow.

In order to meet the requirements of Ukrainian farmers as much as possible, tractors should have the simplest possible transmission options and the minimum package electronics These tractors are aggregated mainly with machines that belong to the traction class of 14 kN, while the available power reserve allows to increase labor productivity due to increased movement speed. In addition to all this, the tractor must be of a simple design, so that maintenance and current repairs could be carried out by one's own forces.
